  నీ బట్టలు నీవే ఉతికితే ఏమి రాదు? పది మందివి ఉతికితే డబ్బులు వస్తాయి: “బట్టలు ఉతికే వారు” – చాకలి వారు అనే భావనను అర్థం చేసుకోవాలి మన రోజువారీ జీవితంలో చేసుకునే పనులు చాలా సార్లు అతి సాధారణంగా అనిపిస్తాయి. ఇంట్లో బట్టలు నీవే ఉతికుకుంటే అది సహజం, అందులో పెద్దగా ఆర్థిక ప్రయోజనం ఉండదు. కానీ అదే పని పది మందికి చేసి, సమాజానికి ఒక సేవగా అందిస్తే, దానికి విలువ పెరుగుతుంది, డబ్బులు వస్తాయి. ఆ పనిని వృత్తిగా తీసుకుంటే, ఆ పని చేసే వారికి “బట్టలు ఉతికేవారు” లేదా సంప్రదాయంగా “చాకలి వాలు” అని పిలుస్తారు. ఈ రెండింటి మధ్య వ్యత్యాసాన్ని గుర్తించడం ముఖ్యం. వ్యక్తిగత పని vs వృత్తి మన కోసం చేసే పని – వ్యక్తిగత అవసరం. ఎవరూ అంచనా వేయరు, విలువ కట్టరు. ఇతరుల కోసం చేసే పని – సేవ. మార్కెట్ ఉంటే దానికి ధర ఉంటుంది. మన ఇంట్లో ఉతికే బట్టలకు ఎలాంటి చెల్లింపు ఉండదు, కాని ఇతరుల బట్టలు ఉతికితే పని చేయడానికి మనం సమయం, శ్రమ, నైపుణ్యం పెట్టాలి. అందుకే అది వృత్తిగా మారుతుంది, దానికి ప్రతిఫలం వస్తుంది. ప్రతి వృత్తి పదానికి గౌరవం ఇవ్వాలి పాత కాలంలో సామాజిక వ్యవస్థ కారణంగా కొన్ని వృత్తులకు పేర్లు పెట్ట...

బంగరం కొనడం మానెయండి. వెతకడం ప్రారంబిచండి....

 ఒక  పట్టణంలో అందరూ బంగారం ఎప్పటికీ వెలుగు కోల్పోదని నమ్మారు. వ్యాపారులు, ఇన్‌ఫ్లుయెన్సర్లు, దుకాణదారులు అందరూ ఒకటే మాట చెబుతుండేవారు — “బంగారం భవిష్యత్తు! ఇప్పుడే కొనండి, లేదంటే పశ్చాత్తాపం చెందుతారు!” దీంతో ప్రజలు తమ భూములు అమ్మి, అప్పులు తీసుకుని, అన్నీ బంగారంలో పెట్టుబడి పెట్టారు. కొన్ని నెలలు బంగారం ధరలు ఆకాశాన్నంటాయి — అంధ నమ్మకంతో నిండిన ఒక బెలూన్‌లా. ఒకరోజు ఉదయం, ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా బంగారం ధరలు పడిపోతున్నాయన్న వార్త వచ్చింది. భయంతో అందరూ అమ్మడానికి పరుగులు తీశారు — కానీ కొనేవారు ఎవరూ లేరు. ఆ “బంగారు కల” ఒక్కసారిగా పగిలిపోయింది — అది ఒక నకిలీ బుడగ మాత్రమే అని తెలిసింది. అందరూ నిరాశలో ఉన్నప్పుడు, ఒక వృద్ధుడు మాత్రం నవ్వుతూనే ఉన్నాడు. ఏళ్ల క్రితం అతను అన్నాడు — “నిజమైన సంపద మెరిసే లోహంలో కాదు, ఆలోచించే మేధస్సులో ఉంది.” అతను బంగారంలో కాకుండా, విద్య, సాంకేతికత, నైపుణ్యాలలో పెట్టుబడి పెట్టాడు. ఇతరులు నష్టాలు లెక్కపెడుతుంటే — అతను అవకాశాలు లెక్కపెడుతున్నాడు. పాఠం: ప్రతి మెరుపు బంగారం కాదు, ప్రతి పెరుగుదల నిజం కాదు. -RTC

పట్టుదల...  ఒకసారి ఓ యువకుడు  విజయాన్ని చేరుకోవాలి అని కలలు కన్నాడు. అ ఊరిలొ ఉన్న ఒక బుద్దుమంతున్ని కలిసి విజయం  కొసం ఎం చెయలి అని అడగ్గా.    అ బుద్ధిమంతుడు అతనికి ఇల సమదానం చెప్పాడు.      "సఫలత సాధించాలంటే ఈ కొండపై ఉన్న ఆలయం చేరుకోవాలి. అది నీ లక్ష్యం."  యువకుడు వెంటనే పయనమయ్యాడు. మధ్యలో పెద్ద పెద్ద  రాళ్లు, గాలులు, వర్షాలు  ఎదురయ్యాయి. చాలా మంది మధ్యలోనే ఆపేసి మళ్లీ వెనక్కి వెళ్లిపోయారు. కానీ ఆ యువకుడు మాత్రం ప్రతి అడుగూ ధైర్యంగా ముందుకు వేశాడు. చివరికి అతను ఆలయానికి చేరుకున్నాడు. అక్కడ బుద్ధిమంతుడు మళ్లీ కనిపించి ఇల అన్నాడు: "నీకిప్పుడు విజయం లభించింది, ఎందుకంటే నువ్వు ప్రయాణం మధ్యలో విసిగిపోకుండా పూర్తి చేశావు. విజయానికంటే ప్రయాణమే నీకు నిజమైన గుణపాఠం." నీతి:-    యువతకి — లక్ష్యాన్ని చేరుకోవాలంటే ఓర్పు, పట్టుదల, ధైర్యం అవసరం. వెనక్కి తిరగకుండా ముందుకు సాగితేనే విజయం దక్కుతుంది.
